If you’re facing a hardware issue with your product you can head over to one of our service Centre or you can raise a complaint online on our portal in case a service center is not available in your city.

Please note that in case of a hardware issue, average resolution time of raising an online complaint is 12-15 working days whereas it is 6-7 working days if you visit one of our service Centre.
